bendede çikolatalısı var ama surekli içmek istiyorum sanırım zevk meselesi bence takma sonucta etkisi için alıyorsun bide ben idmandan sonra karbonhidrat olması için muzlu sutle alıyorum :)
 
Ben de aldım bundan henüz açmadım idman programımı değiştirdikten sonra başlamayı planlıyorum. türk forumlarında bu ürünü kullanıp yazan kimseyi bulamadım malesef.

Kullanmaya başladım spordan sonra bir ölçeğ'i su ile karıştırıp içiyorum tadı güzel bence
etkilerini kullandıkça yazarım.
 
yaklasik 1 aydan beri kullaniyorum.tadi bence ne cok super ne de cok kotu,yani icilebilir. satin aldigim yerdeki adam optimuma gore daha cok islemden gecmis daha filtre bir urun olgunu soyledi.85 porsiyon oldugu icin bana cazip gelmisti fakat porsiyon basina dusen protein miktari biraz dusuk.
 
ben kullanıyorum 1 ayı geride bıraktım kanım şu şekilde gainer kullanırken kullanmıyodum ve fark edilir derecede antrenmanlara etki ediyordu tamir olayı toparlamıyordu kaslar .. ayrıca tek seferde 20 gr whey protein iyi bana gore sonucta musabık sporcu değiliz ne emebilirki zaten kaslar bence iyi bi ürün
 
ben de sanırım 1 ay'ı doldurdum ürünle, daha önce başka bir whey ürün kullanmadığım için kıyaslama yapamayacğım ama memnunum. ben günde 3 ölçeğe yakın kullanıyorum.

1 ölçek sabahları muz kivi çilek yağsız süt etc blender'da geçirirken.
diğer 1,5 2 ölçeği de antrenmandan sonra alıyorum. kardiyo günleri sadece sabah aynı şekilde içiyorum.

tadı da güzel ayrıca :)

Ayrıca tadı guzel cabuk karısıyor ve fiyat olarakda cok uygun ama almadan once kullanan birinden alın deneyin bendeki gibi ishal durumu olabilir=(

Bu protein tozunu almayı düşünüyordum, içeriği işlenişi falan bakımından gayet kaliteli bir ürün fakat yabancı forumlarda bazı kullanıcıların her ne kadar genele göre bir azınlıkta olsalar da mide ağrısı, ishal, tuvalete çıkma ve sindirim problemlerinin baş gösterdiğini duydum.Yani tahmin ediyorum ki bazı insanlarda yan etki gibi bir şey yapıyor, bu yüzden kararsız kaldım.Sonuçta bu rahatsızlık bizde de oluşursa parayı çöpe atmış olmayalım sonra...
 
kişiden kişiye degişebilir ishal durumu herhangi bir ürün yapanbilir bunu markaya gore degıl ben zamanında bir süre optimum ve gaspari kullanırken yaşamıştım ama düzelmişti.

bana bunu satan satıcı yoğun bir proteini olduğundan 2 ölçekden fazlası ishal yapar diye uyarmışdı :)
